A Colonial Government is the government of a Terran Federation colony. The Constitution of the Terran Federation states that a colony was to have its own government.
Executive[]
The executive branch of a Colonial Government is headed by a Governor. The governor serves alongside several including a Lieutenant Governor, a Colonial Treasurer, a Secretary of Colonial Affairs, a Commissioner of Colonial Agriculture, a Commissioner of Colonial Education and the Colonial Attorney General.
Legislative[]
The legislature of a colonial government is known as a Colonial Assembly and represents the districts of the colony. The assembly is headed by a Speaker, who is elected by the colonists.
Judiciary[]
The judicial branch of a colonial government is topped by a Supreme Colonial Court, which is headed by a Chief Colonial Justice and eight Associate Colonial Justices.
